These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ ("AII," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, digital products, assessment tools, and all related services (collectively, the"Services").
By purchasing any product, completing our assessment, or accessing any of our digital content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

All products sold by the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
Digital products are delivered via email and/or download link immediately or
within a reasonable time after purchase
No physical product will be shipped
Delivery is considered complete when the digital file or access link is sent to your email address on file

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Artist Irreplaceability Index™ does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as any additional payment methods enabled through Stripe.
3.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided. Please retain this email as your proof of purchase.
3.5 Failed Transactions
If your payment is declined, you will be notified immediately. No product access will be granted until payment is successfully completed. Please contact your financial institution or use an alternative payment method.
3.6 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local, state, or national government related to your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

4.2 Refund Terms by Product
The Artist Intelligence Assessment ($27): We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the assessment and do not gain a single meaningful insight about your career position, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] with your reason, and we
will issue a full refund. No lengthy justification required.
Career Path Forward ($197)
We offer a 7-day review period. If you have reviewed your archetype-specific Career Path Forward and do not find it valuable, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and require that you demonstrate you engaged with the material.
Artist Enterprise System™ ($496)
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have genuinely engaged with the System and do not find it valuable, contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected]. We may request evidence of engagement (e.g., completed worksheets, attempted templates) before processing a refund.
Bump Offers and Order Upgrades
Refund requests for bump offers and order upgrades follow the same timeline as the primary product with which they were purchased.
4.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
You have downloaded or accessed all components of the product and claim non-satisfaction without specific feedback
Your refund request is submitted after the applicable refund window has expired
You have violated these Terms and Conditions
You claim a chargeback through your financial institution without first contacting us (see Section 4.5)
4.4 Refund Process

Permanently revoke your access to all AII products and services
Report the dispute to relevant fraud prevention services

5.1 Our Content
All content within the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ ecosystem — including but not limited to the Artist Intelligence Assessment, Career Path Forward, Artist Enterprise System™, all written frameworks, templates, scripts, email content, worksheets, brand assets, the "Artist Irreplaceability Index™" name, the "Artist Intelligence Framework™" name, the "Irreplaceability Index" concept, all archetype names and profiles (Vulnerable Practitioner, Hidden Expert, Institutional Insider, Artist-Strategist), and all associated methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.2 License Granted to You
Upon purchase of any product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, personal license to:
Access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal and professional career development
Print or save copies of digital documents for your own personal use
Apply the frameworks, templates, and tools in your own professional
5.3 Restrictions
You may NOT, under any circumstances:
Resell, redistribute, or share any purchased product with any other person or entity
Reproduce, copy, or duplicate our content for public distribution in any format
Teach or create derivative products based on our frameworks, methodologies, or content without written permission
Upload our content to any website, platform, file-sharing service, or AI training dataset
Use our brand names, trademarks, or logos without explicit written authorization
Screen-share, livestream, or publicly display our paid content in any forum
Claim authorship or ownership of any content created by the Artist Irreplaceability Index™
Violation of these restrictions constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
5.4 Your Content
Any feedback, testimonials, or content you share with us remains yours. By sharing it with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your feedback and testimonials (with your name and general professional context, unless you request anonymity) in our marketing materials, website, and promotional content.
6.1 Educational and Informational Nature
All products and content offered by the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, psychological, or career counseling advice.
6.2 No Guarantee of Results
We make no guarantee of specific results. Career outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances,
effort, market conditions, geographic location, artistic discipline, and many other variables. Any income figures, career outcomes, or success stories referenced in our marketing materials are examples only and are not typical or guaranteed results.
6.3 As-Is Provision
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.1 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific
product giving rise to the claim.
7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
In no event shall the Artist Irreplaceability Index™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Artist Irreplaceability Index™, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or your violation of these Terms.
8.1 Nature of Assessment Results
The Artist Intelligence Assessment is a professional development tool designed to help career artists identify their current positioning and strategic opportunities. Assessment results and archetype assignments are:
Based on your self-reported responses at the time of completion
Reflective of your current career stage and are not permanent designations
Intended as a strategic starting point, not a definitive or final career evaluation
Not a psychological assessment, diagnostic tool, or clinical instrument
8.2 Accuracy of Results
The accuracy and usefulness of your archetype assignment depend entirely on the accuracy and honesty of your responses. We are not responsible for results that do not resonate if responses were not completed thoughtfully or accurately.
8.3 One-Time Assessment Policy
Each purchase grants access to one assessment completion. If you wish to retake the assessment (for example, after significant career changes), a new purchase is required.
9.1 Transactional Emails
By making a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order, including order confirmation, product delivery, and customer support communications. These emails are necessary for service delivery and cannot be opted out of while you remain a customer.
9.2 Marketing Emails
By making a purchase or opting in through our website, you consent to receive marketing emails including our post-purchase nurture sequence, product announcements, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, without affecting your access to purchased products.
9.3 Email Deliverability
You are responsible for ensuring that emails from artistirreplaceability.com are not filtered into your spam or junk folder. We are not responsible for undelivered emails due to spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
